Ensure you agree with all the terms listed in it.
Complete and submit the online application here.
The team will review vendor applications.
We will not respond to enquiries (via email or phone) to follow up on your application.
Successful vendors will be notified via email on a rolling basis as we review applications.
Unsuccessful applicants will be notified when the vendor selection process is complete.
We advise vendors to apply early as the vendor stands in your category may be limited. Participation is only confirmed by the Festival team in writing via email.
Please ensure that all the items you provide for the festival are new and not available in your regular store or online shop. However, we will make an exception for one signature item if it is something that your store is known for. This is to bring culinary diversity to the festival and ensure that it is not the same lineup every year.
